Karin Schmidt, BC-HIS

President

Karin has been a member of the International Hearing Society since 2007. She is Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Karin attended Vincennes University and Indiana State University. She has been in the hearing health care field for more than 10 years and has owned her own practice since 2013. Karin is also a member of the Starkey Hearing Alliance.

Savana Neary

Lobbyist

Savannah Neary joined Market Street Group, Inc. as an associate in October 2019. With a primary focus on supporting clients in the health care industry, Savannah has represented clients before legislative committees, state regulatory bodies and executive branch agencies. Savannah also monitors state legislative and executive branch activities, analyzes bill data, and researches public policies on behalf of Short Strategies Group. Savannah began her career advocating for elderly Hoosiers with the Indiana Health Care Association/Indiana Center for Assisted Living (IHCA/INCAL). While at the Association, she gained extensive knowledge in health care policy. She started as an intern and eventually was promoted to Deputy Director of Legislative and Political Affairs. Even with health care as her focus, Savannah also has advocated on workforce and other issues involving the Indiana General Assembly. A graduate of Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science in American Sign Language - English Interpreting.

Michael Solari

Lobbyist

Michael Solari is the President of Market Street Group, Inc. He advocates for clients in activities including gaming, tourism, alcohol, insurance, rail and logistics, public safety, and financial institutions. Michael also consults with clients on procurement opportunities. Michael is very active in local and state politics—including a term as Chairman of the Marion County Election Board. He is a member of the Indy Chamber’s Business Advisory Committee (PAC Board), which is responsible for endorsing pro-business candidates and ballot referendums. Michael is on the Indianapolis City Market Corporation Board of Directors; he is serving his fourth term and is the Board’s Immediate-Past President. Elected by his peers, Michael also serves as president of the Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana and a board member for the National Association of State Lobbyists. A graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Marketing and Economics, Michael is a parishioner at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Michael is also the proud father of a son, Roman.
